					<description>Thanks tim for showing the great creative examples of flash video experiences.  Well executed, clean and clear interfaces.  Much better than the confusing messes found on other networks' web properties IMHO.  Had a question that time didn't permit in the session... regarding HGTV Pro (and similar projects you have launched Scripps):  With an all-flash interface, how do you approach the challenge of search engine optimization to assure that when someone Googles &quot;installing batt insulation&quot; your video on that topic is properly and hopefully prominently in the results?
This is consistently the number one excuse (next to the costs of FMS hosting) that I hear from content owners/creators who are avoiding a jump to Flash Video.
